We are excited to announce the opening of our School Based Health Clinic. We are now accepting appointments.

Clinic hours are:

Nurse: Monday - Friday: 8am- 4pm

Nurse Practitioner (Kylee Bakker & Heather Johns)

Tuesday: 8am - 12pm

Thursday: 12pm - 4:00pm

To schedule with the school based clinic, please call 406-970-4785. 

Please include a copy of your insurance card.
